Elbow update
Ok the elbow is a bit better now. Two mondays in a row throwing and with just a bit of pain the first week and none the second. It still takes a bit to warm up to get loose. The popping is down to a minimum and is just a little bump... I had to change the position of my arm relative to my chest. Before I would hold my arm out parallel to my chest so I was standing almost sideways now I am at about a 45 degree angle... the change has relieved some of the pressure on my elbow... don't know why but it does... 90 seams to have the least pull... from about 10-35 has the most pull... I really like about 10-20 degrees... I'll have to do some experimenting to get the whole thing down... I am sure I will have to change my foot position to accomidate the change in arm angle to be balanced and have the least strain on my elbow. I am going to start practicing again and see how it goes... I am going to play league and will be playing on tues nites...
