ouch hat trick

Ok I had a horrible day of practice... I had a bunch of 35+ games of 501 and struggled to find a rithm... but I did throw for about 4&1/2 hours... early I was just throwing bulls and working on my throw... I think my arm got fatigued... Early in my practice I hit a hat trick though...
So all in all it wasn't bad... but I did throw a 1.68 MPT game of single cricket... yuck... hopefully it will go better tonight.
